Steps to Get Started

Set up your organization
Verify your contact information, and calendar link is present in your organization settings.

Create your first position
Create a new position with the interview questions you want to ask candidates. You can have up to 10 questions per position.

Get your candidates from Indeed
Export your candidates from Indeed as a CSV file.

Import candidates into HRMLESS
Once the candidates are uploaded, HRMLESS will automatically reach out to them with interview links. It may take a few minutes before the candidates are invited and receive their interview links.
